Manufacturing Proceso de fabricación Menu: Fabricación y logística Material Materias primas Las materias primas se adquieren de proveedores globales y las especificaciones de los materiales se verifican mediante diversos controles e inspecciones en el momento de la entrega al fabricante. Todas las materias primas deben pasar una inspección antes de ser utilizadas para la producción de las piezas. Forming Cabezal y conformación Byokane se especializa en la fabricación de cabezales y conformación en frío, donde las instalaciones propias de Byokane y las de las empresas conjuntas con certificaciones ISO / IATF producen piezas a nivel mundial. Las materias primas se procesan mediante dados de conformación en frío, fabricados según las especificaciones del cliente. Rolling Laminado y roscado Las piezas en bruto se procesan mediante un proceso de laminación para añadirles roscas. Las roscas pueden mecanizarse para lograr una mayor precisión. Heat Treat Tratamiento térmico Las piezas conformadas en frío y roscadas se someten a tratamiento térmico, recocido y/u horneado para cumplir con los estándares de dureza y fragilidad específicos del cliente. Tras el tratamiento térmico, las piezas se verifican mediante pruebas de inspección de dureza para confirmar que el producto final cumple las normas del cliente. Plating Recubrimiento y tratamiento de la superficie Las piezas tratadas térmicamente se chapan en barril con tratamientos metálicos y químicos para cumplir las normas del cliente en cuanto a la prevención de la oxidación. Las piezas sin requisitos de chapado suelen tratarse con agentes antioxidantes para evitar la corrosión. Tras el chapado y los tratamientos superficiales, se pueden aplicar adhesivos al eje y/o a las zonas roscadas según las normas del cliente. Inspection Inspección de calidad Tras el procesamiento final, se verifica la conformidad de las piezas en cuanto a dimensiones y especificaciones con los planos del cliente. Sólo las piezas que superan la inspección requerida son aprobadas para su envío al almacén de Byokane (USA) en Georgia. Las inspecciones de calidad y la documentación se llevan a cabo en las instalaciones de fabricación y se verifica su exactitud y conformidad en Byokane (USA).
